Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 27, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the developer tools provided by ROUTMIO_DEV (hereinafter "Service"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the operator and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service" refers to all web-based developer tools provided by the operator, including the DDL Generator, Meeting/Report Draft Writer, and Database Function Reference.
  • "User" refers to any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  • "Operator" refers to the person who provides and manages the Service.

Article 3 (Validity and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect upon publication on the Service screen.
  2. The operator may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law. Users will be notified at least 7 days before the effective date of any amendment.
  3. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue use of the Service.

Article 4 (Use of Service)

  1. The Service is available to anyone free of charge without registration.
  2. The operator may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service without prior notice for operational stability and is not liable for any resulting damages.
  3. Some features may become paid in the future; users will be notified in advance.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in any of the following activities:

  • Interfering with Service operations (e.g., excessive automated requests)
  • Collecting, storing, or distributing others' personal information without authorization
  • Using Service outputs to harm others
  • Violating applicable laws or public order and morals
  • Reverse-engineering or reproducing the Service's source code or algorithms without authorization

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

  1. Intellectual property rights in Service content (UI, text, icons, etc.) belong to the operator.
  2. Rights to outputs directly generated by users through the Service (DDL scripts, document files, etc.) belong to the user.
  3. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the Service for commercial purposes without prior consent from the operator.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. The operator is not liable for Service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications provider outages.
  2. The operator does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of DDL, documents, or code generated by the Service and is not liable for any damages arising from their use.
  3. Users bear responsibility for any damages to third parties caused by information they post.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
