Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Information Collected and Collection Methods)

The Service does not require registration. Information entered by users is processed only within the browser and is not stored on servers. Personal information collected is limited to the minimum necessary as described below.

Google Analytics 4 is a statistical service provided by Google LLC. Collected data is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Users can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Article 2 (Purpose of Use)

Collected personal information is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Operating, maintaining, and responding to Service incidents
  • Preventing illegal or unauthorized use and enhancing security
  • Receiving and responding to user inquiries
  • Statistical analysis for Service improvement (after anonymization)

Article 3 (Retention and Disposal)

  1. Server access logs are automatically deleted after a maximum of 6 months.
  2. Email addresses collected via inquiries are deleted within 1 year of resolution.
  3. Electronic files are deleted using irreversible methods; printed materials are shredded or incinerated.

Article 4 (Third-Party Disclosure)

The Service does not, in principle, disclose personal information to third parties. Exceptions apply in the following cases:

  • When the user has provided prior consent
  • When required by law or requested by investigative authorities

Article 5 (Outsourcing of Processing)

The Service does not currently outsource personal information processing. If outsourcing becomes necessary in the future, it will be announced through this policy in advance.

Article 6 (User Rights)

Users may exercise the following rights at any time:

  • Request access to personal information
  • Request correction or deletion of personal information
  • Request suspension of processing of personal information

Article 7 (Cookie / Storage Use)

The Service may use browser local storage to provide convenience features. Users may refuse storage through browser settings, though some features may be limited as a result.

Article 9 (Policy Changes)

If this policy is changed, it will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date. The updated policy takes effect from the announced date.
